For standard projects only; Fort Design services include Permitting. Fort will serve as a permit expeditor for clients that already have a selected architect in certain cases, such as those where Fort is asked to build the project as a General Contractor. Fort’s principal Taylor Francis is a land use attorney with specific knowledge in the day-to-day working of the LA City Permit process. He is available for consultation on an hourly or per-project basis.
